What are your pick up locations and When does transfer occur?
Products are delivered directly to Gambo or Mount Pearl from the supplier, depending on the buy so these are the quickest pick up locations!
Transfers to other areas occur about once a month however we try to aim for every 2-3 weeks. Transfers allow you to get your items without paying high shipping costs!

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, not when items are transferred!! We work with an amazing team of volunteers to "transfer" items to different Pick Up areas across the province so that our customers do not get stuck with ridiculously high shipping costs! Pick ups in Gambo and Mount Pearl are FREE!
If you did want to pay for shipping we are now offering flat rate shipping.
$20 shipping up to $100 in product
$25 shipping from $100 up to $200
$30 shipping from $200 up to $300
Free shipping after $300

Are customs included in my total?
Unfortunately we cannot charge customs during check out as we do not know how much customs will cost OR if we will even have to pay customs until the item arrives. Sometimes we don't get it, and sometimes we do. Once items arrive, you will be tagged for customs owing. It is usually only cents per item since we are ordering as such a large group!
How do I pick up my items?
Once your items arrive, you will receive an email notification from Shopify. When you are ready to pick up/have your items transferred you will fill out the pick up form located on the Facebook Group. Your items will not be transferred until the form is filled out. However, when a transfer is happening we will check in with you.
