Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order up until the time the buy closes. Once the buy is closed, we can no longer allow cancellations as this affects our minimum met quantities. We completely understand that things pop up, and we sometimes cannot financially afford to go through with the order. Please message us to discuss in this situation.
Can I return my items? We do not allow refunds at this time. Please ensure you read the description on each product before purchasing. If you order an item and can no longer use it, you can post it for sale on the buy and sell group.
Refunds Buys can take time to arrive, we sometimes have to choose the cheaper/longer shipping option to get you the most affordable price. Sometimes they come faster, other times they are slower. We cannot consider refunds until AT LEAST 12 weeks after we place the order, and this will have to be at the hosts discretion/tracking/etc. Suppliers will often not issue us a refund when the package is in transit but is delayed. Generally, they arrive within 2-4 weeks but that’s a rough estimate. Covid for example has been adding shipping time.
What happens if the supplier sends replacements? Sometimes, an item we order may be out of stock and and the supplier will send us a "replacement" without asking us first. You will never be forced to take a replacement. We will message you, if you do not want that item we will post it for sale and issue you a refund or you can take a store credit.
