How do I place an order? Create an account. Log into your account. Under the Buys Open section, add the items to your cart. Once you have checked out your cart and filled in all the necessary information, you will receive an email with your total.
When is my payment due? 24 hours after the buy closes. You can choose to pay for your item when you order, or you can pay up to 24 hours after it has closed.
How long will it take my order to arrive? We will post within the buy what the expected arrival date will be :)
What methods of payment do you accept? At this time, we only accept EMT.
How do I check what I ordered? Sign in to Shopify In the top right hand corner of the page, it will say "logged in as NAME". Click your name. This will bring you directly to your account View order history and it will show you what you have ordered and when it was placed.
How will I know when my Items have arrived? We will post on the Facebook post but you will also recieve an email notification!!
Do buy-ins ever arrive past the expected shipping time? Sometimes :( Most times they arrive on time because we always very carefully plan out timelines before we order! However sometimes we face a little bump which is usually out of our control. Peak ordering times, custom checks and/or pandemics can sometimes (very rarely thankfully!) slow down shipping times.
