NLCS and CNBB Group Policy

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once the buy is closed

2. Your order must be paid for within 24 hours of ordering, or your order will be cancelled. If you need to discuss payment, please contact us, we are very easy to get along with and know things can happen and life gets in the way.

3. You must check your order within 24 hours of picking up to ensure you have all your items. If there are issues, please contact us.

4. If there is a defect with your item, please contact us within 30 days of picking up your item to discuss. 

5. Items will only be considered abandoned if we have had your items for a long time AND communicated to you a deadline for pick up. We will never place your items as abandoned without trying to communicate with you several times first!

6. An estimated shipping time is given but delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (pandemics, natural disasters, peak shipping times, weather, etc)

7. We cannot issue refunds if an item is delayed in shipping, as the supplier will not issue us a refund when they have shipped our order. If items do not arrive for any reason, we will open a claim and refunds will be issued once we receive the refund.  

8. If a replacement item is sent in your order, we will contact you once your order arrives. You are never forced to accept a replacement item and will issue you a refund if you choose.
